SCIENCE-BASED COACHING

We can help you find the right coach for yourself, your team, or your board. If you are looking for coaching in French, Spanish or Dutch, we can help with that too.

RESEARCH & Experimentation

How can we manipulate sensory inputs to prime people for certain behaviors? What effect do color and light have on an individual's orientation towards the commons and on pro-social behaviors? What is the role of gossip in accelerating cross-sectoral collaboration? How can we influence the diversity and variety of thinking through art and environment?

We're hoping to find some trusted partners who are interested in exploring these (and other) questions, and designing research projects that can help shed light on how we can accelerate meaningful collaboration between the sectors, and amongst citizens themselves. Interested? Get in touch.

AN ITERATIVE, ACTIONABLE, WHOLE SYSTEMS APPROACH TO LEARNING
AND FACILITATION

We have everything we need to manifest the change we want to see. The missing component is a rigorous process—one built on concepts of respect and gratitude, requisite diversity, parallel processing, and rapid iteration. Luckily, we know of such a process, and are excited to extend the pioneering work of Matt & Gail Taylor–building on an approach that has been successfully tried and tested in the marketplace for over 30 years.

We fervently believe anything is possible when people know and understand one another—and come to that through play and meaningful exchange of ideas in a creative, nourishing environment.
